1、安裝回油過濾器安裝連接方便，簡化系統(tǒng)管路：本過濾器直接安裝在油箱蓋板上，過濾器濾頭露在油箱外，回油筒體浸入油箱內，進油口設有管式與法蘭式連接，從而簡化了系統(tǒng)管路，使系統(tǒng)布置較為緊湊，安裝連接更方便。
2、安裝回油過濾器設置濾芯污染發(fā)訊器，油路旁通閥，提高液壓系統(tǒng)的可靠性：當濾芯被污染物堵塞或系統(tǒng)液溫過低，流量脈動等因素造成進油壓力為 0.35MPa時，發(fā)訊裝置便發(fā)出訊號指示。應及時更換濾芯或提高油液溫度。如此時不能馬上停機處理這些故障時，設在濾芯下部的旁通閥自動開啟工作時（旁 通閥開啟壓力為0.4MPa），以保護過濾器及液壓系統(tǒng)正常工作。
3、安裝回油過濾器設計采用直回濾油，使更換濾芯或向油箱加油非常方便：只需旋開過濾器濾蓋（清洗蓋）即可更換濾芯或向油箱加油，并在濾頭設有2只M18×1.5油口，可在任何一方安裝安裝發(fā)訊器或系統(tǒng)中少量油液回游油箱過濾只用。
4、安裝回油過濾器具有液流擴散器：擴散器設置在回油筒體底部，能使回油的介質平穩(wěn)地流入油箱內，不易產(chǎn)生氣泡，從而減少空氣重新進入，并減弱已沉積的污染物騷動。
5、安裝回油過濾器的濾芯采用玻璃纖維過濾材質：具有過濾精度高，通油能力大，原始壓力損失小，納污量大等優(yōu)點。其過濾精度以絕對過濾精度標定。
