C&A驗廠對工作環(huán)境的要求
1. Working environment 工作環(huán)境
1.1 Ventilation of the workplace 工作場所的通風(fēng)
1.2 Sufficiently well ventilated by fresh or purified air - esp. in sandblasting and chemical area
工作場所要有新鮮和純凈的空氣，特別是有噴砂和有化學(xué)品的場所。
1.3 Ventilation systems or windows or other openings should be available
必須有通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，窗戶或是其它通風(fēng)渠道。
1.4 Temperature of workplaces 工作場所的溫度
1.5 Thermometers should be provided so that temperature can be checked
工廠要有溫度計以方便測溫
1.6 Temperature should be kept at an appropriate and comfortable level to work in
工作時溫度需保持在合理且舒適的水平
1.7 Lighting at the workplace 工作場所的光線
1.8 Suitable and sufficient light levels are required as follows:
1.9 500 LUX for operating/working activities 工作場所是500 勒克斯
1.10 750 LUX for the inspection activities 檢查場所是750 勒克斯
1.11 Noise at work 工作噪音
1.12 Noise levels shoud be below 85 dB 噪音低于85 分貝
1.13 If above, workers should be informed and offered ear protection
高于85分貝，通知工人并提供耳朵保護設(shè)施。
1.14 If above 90dB, ear protection is compulsory while warning signs displayed
高于90分貝，必須提供耳朵保護設(shè)施，同時做出警示標(biāo)志。
1.15 Minimum space requirements 最小空間要求
1.16 Every workroom should have not less than 8 cubic meters per worker, not taking into account space 3 1.17 meters from the floor 每個工作間，每個工人至少8立方米，層高3米。
1.18 Work stations 工作場所
1.19 Working area and place must be arranged so that work can be carried out in a safe environment.
工作區(qū)必須是安全的環(huán)境。
1.20 Ergonomic principles have to be taken into account 考慮人體工程學(xué)的原理。
1.21 Seats must be suitable and safe for the user 座椅必須合適安全

C&A驗廠對設(shè)備安全的要求
砸扣機器要有適當(dāng)?shù)谋Ｗo裝置。參見砸扣保護器
adequate protective device at snap button machines
在操作砸扣機器的時候，要有適當(dāng)?shù)谋Ｗo程序。參見砸扣保護器

在使用直刀型電剪刀和帶刀型凈裁機時要佩戴金屬手套。參見金屬手套和凈裁機。

在使用模型沖切機時，不能只有一個開關(guān)。

以上要求工廠必須認(rèn)真檢查執(zhí)行，有不足處要立即改正。
