ICTI的職責(zé)是以會(huì)員公司為對(duì)象，進(jìn)行傳知、教育和調(diào)查，務(wù)求各會(huì)員公司均遵守ICTI的《商業(yè)行為守則》。ICTI作為一個(gè)商會(huì)，亦會(huì)以行動(dòng)鼓勵(lì)當(dāng)?shù)卣蛧?guó)家政府實(shí)施關(guān)于工資、工時(shí)和工廠安全衛(wèi)生的法規(guī)。
