Footstar驗廠流程 ——Footstar突擊驗廠
一、看廠流程基本如下 ：
1—管理層訪問；
2—查看工廠硬件設備，即生產(chǎn)線和工廠設施 (包括倉庫， 車間， 食堂， 如工廠有其它設施如宿舍， 醫(yī)療室等也要看) ；
3—查看工廠文件資料，包括：人事檔案、勞動合同、工廠規(guī)章制度、政策及其記錄的檔案、考勤資料和工資數(shù)據(jù)等；
4—員工訪談。
二、具體來說：
Unannounced Factory Audit consists of 5parts 突擊驗廠包含以下5道流程：
1. Opening Meeting- Auditor will explain the intention of visit and the audit process. 開始會議，也即管理層訪問-審驗員解釋驗廠目的及驗廠程序
2. Factory tour - General Walkthrough of the factory and dorms(if applicable) 工廠走覽- 對于廠區(qū)及宿舍等進行一般性走查
3. Employee interviews - Confidential, conducted one-to-one of in small groups. 雇員面談- 秘密的, 一對一或分小組進行面談
4. Factory management interview- Review hiring process, factory rules, work schedu les, and other procedures used by factory management. Also include Country of origin review- Review production records and shipping records.
工廠管理層面談及工廠文件檢查—評估雇傭程序，工廠規(guī)章制度，工作計劃以及工廠管 理的其它文件和程序。其中還包括原產(chǎn)國審驗—檢查生產(chǎn)記錄和運輸記錄. 5. Closing meeting- Review any findings found during the audit with factory management. This includes details how to correct the issue(s) and discuss CAP finish date. The audit recap must be signed by both the auditor and factory management and a copy need be left with the factory.
結(jié)束會議-與工廠管理層評論審核期間發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題. 包括詳細的如何改正發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題以及協(xié)議改正日期. 然后一份"驗廠概要"需要驗廠員和工廠管理人員共同簽署, 且留一份拷貝于工廠.

No notification is given to weither the vendor or factory in advance of the compliance audit. This allows us to see the factory on a typical day.不事先通知-無論是供應商還是工廠在驗廠前都不會得到事先通知. 這樣可以在一個具有代表性一天來了解工廠。

一、Most common issues found in a factory during a compliance audit
合規(guī)審計過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的常見的問題:
1. Fire Safety, Exits and Equipment 消防安全, 緊急出口及設備
2. First Aid equipment not properly supplied 未合理提供急救設備
3. Missing or incomplete personnel records 缺少或不完整的人事記錄
4. Payroll and time keeping system not being properly used 未合理使用工資帳及工時記錄系統(tǒng)
5. Lack of proper Country of Origin documentation-records must be maintained for 5 years per U.S. Customs and Border Protection
缺少合理的原產(chǎn)國記錄檔案-根據(jù)美國海關與邊防局, 記錄檔案需保存5年6. Wages-regular and overtime not being properly paid 工資-未合理支付正常工資以及加班工資

三、Compliance factory audit will assess financial penalties for the following：
驗廠會對以下行為進行評定財務懲罰：
1. Denied Audits-Auditor arrives to the factory and is declinded access to conduct a factory audit. 拒絕驗廠-驗廠員到達工廠但被拒絕進入工廠執(zhí)行驗廠
2. Inaccurate Audits-The factory name/address information is not correct or up-to-date in BPM 不準確信息-工廠名稱/地址等信息不準確或未及時更新
