Omega是三方公正行，驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)主要分“社會(huì)責(zé)任、、質(zhì)量”等（如哥倫比亞，歐尚），通常社會(huì)責(zé)任審核，為突襲驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)，待通知期為一個(gè)月，該時(shí)間段內(nèi)任何一天審核會(huì)來(lái)到工廠(chǎng)。
審核過(guò)程主要關(guān)注，車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消防安全、職業(yè)、文件資料方面會(huì)關(guān)注不一致的問(wèn)題。審核員有可能在車(chē)間找資料。驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)對(duì)工廠(chǎng)真實(shí)性比較看重，需要充分準(zhǔn)備。

1. Business license/ Certificate of Registration 營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本
2. Factory map/ floor plan (If any) 工廠(chǎng)平面圖（如有）
3. Payroll records of past 12 months 過(guò)去12個(gè)月的工資表
4. Piece rate records of past 12 months (If applicable)計(jì)件工人過(guò)去12個(gè)月的計(jì)件記錄（如適用）
5. Attendance records of past 12 months過(guò)去12個(gè)月的考勤記錄
6. Official overtime waiver/ Comprehensive Working Hour System permit (If applicable)當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)局批發(fā)的加班批準(zhǔn)或綜合工時(shí)批準(zhǔn)（如適用）

3.緊急疏散程序及過(guò)去一年中的消防演習(xí)記錄,其中,消防演習(xí)要包含:演習(xí)預(yù)案,演習(xí)過(guò)程及結(jié)果記錄(消防演習(xí)的照片上要有日期哦)
4.PPE使用培訓(xùn)記錄.
5.社保登記證(這點(diǎn)很重要,沒(méi)有這個(gè),你的社保憑證基本沒(méi)有效應(yīng))
