–制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以確保電子行業(yè)及信息通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的工作環(huán)境安全、工人得到尊重，同時(shí)確保在制造過(guò)程履行必要的環(huán)保責(zé)任。
–為提高供應(yīng)商在道德、勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、環(huán)保和健康安全方面的表現(xiàn)，EICC提供了和諧的解決方案。
–醞釀?dòng)?004年6月至10月期間，由HP、IBM、Dell、Celestica,、Flextronics,、Jabil,、Sanmina SCI和Solectron共同發(fā)起。
–任何電子行業(yè)或信息通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)均可自愿采用EICC，終延展到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈及其分包商。
–許多公司開始關(guān)注EICC，我們鼓勵(lì)他們采用這套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
