Jupiter-A has been engineered for the maintenance welder who must weld dirty, oil-soaked castings of unknown compositions. Sound, non-porous welds are produced without special preparation. Successful results are possible even when the joint is restrained.

Best Practices Application 應(yīng)用
Remove cracks using grinder or Electra去除裂縫。
Stop drill crack ends.實(shí)施止裂孔。
Use medium arc and stringer beads. 使用中等弧度和線狀焊道。
Skip weld and prevent overheating 跳焊并防止過(guò)熱
Light peening recommended. 建議進(jìn)行輕敲擊。
For critical or heavy parts preheat to 500?F(260?C). 對(duì)于關(guān)鍵或重型零件，預(yù)熱至500?F（260?C）。
Cool slowly after welding. 焊后緩冷。
