安博檢測是美國能源部DOE-LightingFacts 照明標簽項目的測試機構和申請機構，是歐洲（EU）No 874/2012 “電燈泡與燈具的能源標簽法規(guī)” 的授權測試機構和發(fā)證機構2012年7月12日歐洲議會批準通過:“電燈泡與燈具的能源標簽法規(guī)”, 他將于2013年9月1日生效; 屆時,所有進入歐洲市場銷售的燈具都必須強制貼有該法案規(guī)定的能源標簽, 熒光燈燈泡燈具,HID放電燈泡燈具,LED燈泡,LED燈具必須證明其能效的級別
九方檢測 長期以來跟蹤和參與歐洲 LED照明標準; 目前,歐洲有如下LED預標準，是可以有效實施， 2013年這些標準已成為正式批準實施：

IEC/PAS 62717 通用照明LED模塊-性能要求
IEC62384 LED模塊用交流或直流電子控制裝置-性能要求
IEC/PAS 62326-20 高亮度LED用印刷電路板
