伺服系統(tǒng)主要特點(diǎn)
1、的檢測裝置:以組成速度和位置閉環(huán)控制;

1、擦拭
減速機(jī)靜密封點(diǎn)通過治理,一般是可以達(dá)到不滲不漏的,但動(dòng)密封點(diǎn)由于密封件老化、質(zhì)量差、裝配不當(dāng)、軸表面粗糙度高等原因,使得個(gè)別動(dòng)密封點(diǎn)仍有微小滲漏,由于工作環(huán)境差,煤塵粘到軸上,顯得油乎乎一片,所以需要在設(shè)備停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后,擦拭軸上的油污。
2、改進(jìn)透氣帽和檢查孔蓋板
減速機(jī)內(nèi)壓大于外界大氣壓是漏油的主要原因之一,如果設(shè)法使機(jī)內(nèi)、機(jī)外壓力均衡,漏油就可以防止。減速機(jī)雖都有透氣帽,但透氣孔太小,容易被煤粉、油污堵塞,而且每次加油都要打開檢查孔蓋板,打開一次就增加一次漏油的可能性,使原本不漏的地方也發(fā)生泄漏。為此,制作了一種油杯式透氣帽,并將原來薄的檢查孔蓋板改為6 mm厚,將油杯式透氣帽焊在蓋板上,透氣孔直徑為6 mm,便于通氣,實(shí)現(xiàn)了均壓,而且加油時(shí)從油杯中加油,不用打開檢查孔蓋板,減少了漏油機(jī)會(huì)。
