交流伺服電機(jī)的基本類型
長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),在要求調(diào)速性能較高的場(chǎng)合,一直占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的是應(yīng)用直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。但直流電動(dòng)機(jī)都存在一些固有的缺點(diǎn),如電刷和換向器易磨損,需經(jīng)常維護(hù)。換向器換向時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生火花,使電動(dòng)機(jī)的速度受到限制,也使應(yīng)用環(huán)境受到限制,而且直流電動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,制造困難,所用鋼鐵材料消耗大,制造成本高。而交流電動(dòng)機(jī),特別是鼠籠式感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)沒(méi)有上述缺點(diǎn),且轉(zhuǎn)子慣量較直流電機(jī)小,使得動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)更好。在同樣體積下,交流電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出功率可比直流電動(dòng)機(jī)提高10﹪~70﹪,此外,交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的容量可比直流電動(dòng)機(jī)造得大,達(dá)到更高的電壓和轉(zhuǎn)速?,F(xiàn)代數(shù)控機(jī)床都傾向采用交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng),交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)已有取代直流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)之勢(shì)。

減速器是原動(dòng)機(jī)和工作機(jī)之間的獨(dú)立的閉式傳動(dòng)裝置,用來(lái)降低轉(zhuǎn)速和增大轉(zhuǎn)矩,以滿足工作需要,在某些場(chǎng)合也用來(lái)增速,稱為增速器。

一般在35轉(zhuǎn)/分以下轉(zhuǎn)速的電機(jī)大多采用CM游隙,如高溫高速電機(jī)則要求采用相對(duì)較大的游隙。INA軸承游隙在裝配后會(huì)因?yàn)閮?nèi)孔的漲大及外圓的縮小而導(dǎo)致減少,游隙的減少量=過(guò)盈量×6%(軸承室是鋁的除外)。比如INA軸承裝配前游隙是.1mm,裝配時(shí)過(guò)盈量為.1mm,則INA軸承裝配后的游隙為.4mm。在理論上INA軸承在零游隙時(shí)噪音和壽命都達(dá)到的狀態(tài),但在實(shí)際運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中考慮到溫升等問(wèn)題,INA軸承在裝配后游隙為.2mm-.4mm較好。

IKO軸承斷裂失效主要原因是缺陷與過(guò)載兩大因素。當(dāng)外加載荷超過(guò)材料強(qiáng)度極限而造成零件斷裂稱為過(guò)載斷裂。過(guò)載原因主要是主機(jī)突發(fā)故障或安裝不當(dāng)。軸承零件的微裂紋、縮孔、氣泡、大塊外來(lái)雜物、過(guò)熱組織及局部燒傷等缺陷在沖擊過(guò)載或劇烈振動(dòng)時(shí)也會(huì)在缺陷處引起斷裂,稱為缺陷斷裂。應(yīng)當(dāng)指出,軸承在制造過(guò)程中,對(duì)原材料的入廠復(fù)驗(yàn)、鍛造和熱處理質(zhì)量控制、加工過(guò)程控制中可通過(guò)儀器正確分析上述缺陷是否存在,今后仍必須加強(qiáng)控制。
