交流伺服電機的基本類型
長期以來,在要求調(diào)速性能較高的場合,一直占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的是應(yīng)用直流電動機的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。但直流電動機都存在一些固有的缺點,如電刷和換向器易磨損,需經(jīng)常維護。換向器換向時會產(chǎn)生火花,使電動機的速度受到限制,也使應(yīng)用環(huán)境受到限制,而且直流電動機結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,制造困難,所用鋼鐵材料消耗大,制造成本高。而交流電動機,特別是鼠籠式感應(yīng)電動機沒有上述缺點,且轉(zhuǎn)子慣量較直流電機小,使得動態(tài)響應(yīng)更好。在同樣體積下,交流電動機輸出功率可比直流電動機提高10﹪~70﹪,此外,交流電動機的容量可比直流電動機造得大,達到更高的電壓和轉(zhuǎn)速?,F(xiàn)代數(shù)控機床都傾向采用交流伺服驅(qū)動,交流伺服驅(qū)動已有取代直流伺服驅(qū)動之勢。

減速器是原動機和工作機之間的獨立的閉式傳動裝置,用來降低轉(zhuǎn)速和增大轉(zhuǎn)矩,以滿足工作需要,在某些場合也用來增速,稱為增速器。

一般在35轉(zhuǎn)/分以下轉(zhuǎn)速的電機大多采用CM游隙,如高溫高速電機則要求采用相對較大的游隙。INA軸承游隙在裝配后會因為內(nèi)孔的漲大及外圓的縮小而導(dǎo)致減少,游隙的減少量=過盈量×6%(軸承室是鋁的除外)。比如INA軸承裝配前游隙是.1mm,裝配時過盈量為.1mm,則INA軸承裝配后的游隙為.4mm。在理論上INA軸承在零游隙時噪音和壽命都達到的狀態(tài),但在實際運轉(zhuǎn)中考慮到溫升等問題,INA軸承在裝配后游隙為.2mm-.4mm較好。

IKO軸承斷裂失效主要原因是缺陷與過載兩大因素。當(dāng)外加載荷超過材料強度極限而造成零件斷裂稱為過載斷裂。過載原因主要是主機突發(fā)故障或安裝不當(dāng)。軸承零件的微裂紋、縮孔、氣泡、大塊外來雜物、過熱組織及局部燒傷等缺陷在沖擊過載或劇烈振動時也會在缺陷處引起斷裂,稱為缺陷斷裂。應(yīng)當(dāng)指出,軸承在制造過程中,對原材料的入廠復(fù)驗、鍛造和熱處理質(zhì)量控制、加工過程控制中可通過儀器正確分析上述缺陷是否存在,今后仍必須加強控制。
