流水線的各個配件我們該如何去進行保養(yǎng)和規(guī)范性的操作
流水線等輸送設備不光是保養(yǎng)，工人在工作的時候操作規(guī)范，只有這樣，才能使輸送線運行正常。
還要注意的就是保養(yǎng)不僅是硬件的保養(yǎng)，也要注重操作人員的正規(guī)操作。流水線的平面設計應當保證零件的運輸路線最短，生產(chǎn)工人操作方便，輔助服務部門工作便利，最有效地利用生產(chǎn)面積，并考慮流水線安裝之間的相互銜接。為滿足這些要求，在流水線平面布置時應考慮流水線的形式、流水線安裝工作地的排列方法等問題。
1、頭部電機的維變壓器保養(yǎng)和維護：電機內(nèi)千萬不要進水，一旦進水會有幾率導致電機的絕緣毀壞而發(fā)生設備運行不起來。
2、鏈條的保養(yǎng)和維護：鏈條需要多觀察，勤加黃油和潤滑油，由于鏈條長期工作運轉，潤滑液體會蒸發(fā)掉，從而引起噪聲變大，偏向爬行等問題。
3、流水線頭部的減速箱的維修和保養(yǎng)：首次運用了一季度樣子以后把減速箱里的多余的機油全放完，再用汽油，柴油等給減速箱里面洗個澡，然后再將新的潤滑油加到觀察窗的中部就行。往后的每過一年就這樣操作一遍。（我們需要注意到:潤滑油加的過少會引起減速箱噪聲大和過熱，甚至是減速箱的報廢，而每次的潤滑油也不能超過觀察窗的中部，超過太多會導致減速箱過熱，電機負載過大而保護開關斷開。
