托輥基本信息
托輥作為輸送設(shè)備上的主要配件，它的主要用途是通過其與輸送帶兩者的摩擦力驅(qū)動(dòng)托輥的管體、軸承座及軸承外圈、密封圈做來回旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)作，托輥與輸送帶之間的傳遞配合共同實(shí)現(xiàn)了物料的輸送。
托輥種類多，數(shù)量大，對于皮帶輸送機(jī)系統(tǒng)有著很重要的意義，其承受了一臺(tái)流水線的百分之七十以上的阻力，而且托輥的價(jià)格也占據(jù)了一臺(tái)輸送機(jī)械總成本的百分之三十五，所以，托輥的質(zhì)量對于一臺(tái)輸送線來說是很重要的。

托輥的分類
托輥的分類主要由材質(zhì)用料和托輥的形態(tài)來劃分：一：按外形來分的話托輥主要有四大類，分別是各類平行托輥組，各類調(diào)心托輥組，槽形托輥組，各類緩沖托輥組；二，按托輥的材質(zhì)來分的話分別有陶瓷托輥、尼龍托輥、橡膠托輥及絕緣托輥。
福來輪又稱滾輪軸承主要用于滾輪輸送機(jī)及手推車、腳輪等。
