德國(guó)RESY環(huán)保回收再生系統(tǒng)標(biāo)志（Recycle System） 1991年7月2日，由德國(guó)瓦楞紙工業(yè)總會(huì)、包裝及瓦楞紙聯(lián)盟及貴重原料再生公司聯(lián)盟共同決議，建立再生系統(tǒng)回收制度，創(chuàng)設(shè)在生系統(tǒng)公司（RESY Gmbh），并于1991年12月1日開(kāi)始提供銷售業(yè)界一套以回收及再生紙類、瓦楞紙類等的運(yùn)輸包裝及二次包裝廢棄物廢棄物的再生系統(tǒng)，稱為「RESY」（Recycle System）回收系統(tǒng)。 再生系統(tǒng)公司（RESYGmbH）為RESY標(biāo)志所有人，得授權(quán)國(guó)內(nèi)外，以紙類、硬紙板類制造運(yùn)輸包裝及二次包裝的廠商，及銷售此包裝的廠商（即:標(biāo)志使用人）使用此標(biāo)志。
RESY OfW GmbH agrees to notify the contracting party of any adjustments to
occur in annual fees in ensuing years at least three (3) calendar months prior to
expiry of this agreement. Said adjusted annual fees shall become part of this
agreement, provided that the contracting par§ having been bly notified of
said adjustment, fails to terminate this agreement as stated above.
RESY OfW GmbH may terminate the trademark agreement for cause. This shall
apply especially if the contracting party does not pay its fees or if it provides false
data about the respective weights or if it grossly fails to meet the terms of reference
for the respective packaging (including the requirements as per ltem 2.) or if it
misuses the RESY symbol.
Continued usage of the "RESY" symbol on shipping containers/packagings
subsequent to expiry or termination of this agreement is expressly prohibited.
Exempt here from shall be any shipping containers and packagings that shall have
already been placed into circulation prior to expiry or termination of this agreement
