如果情況允許,是找一塊與被維修板一樣的好板作為參照,然后使用一起的雙棒VI曲線掃描功能對(duì)兩塊板進(jìn)行好、壞對(duì)比測(cè)試,起始的對(duì)比點(diǎn)可以從端口開始,然后由表及里,尤其是對(duì)電容的對(duì)比測(cè)試,可以彌補(bǔ)萬用表在線難以測(cè)出是否漏電的缺憾。
:先易后難
使用工具:電路在線維修儀、電烙鐵、記號(hào)筆
為提高測(cè)試效果,在對(duì)電路板進(jìn)行在線功能測(cè)試前,應(yīng)對(duì)被修板做一些技術(shù)處理,以盡量削弱各種干擾對(duì)測(cè)試進(jìn)程帶來的負(fù)面影響。具體措施是:
1、測(cè)試前的準(zhǔn)備
將晶振短路,對(duì)大的電解電容要焊下一條腳使其開路,因?yàn)殡娙莸某浞烹娡瑯右材軒砀蓴_。
2、采用排除法對(duì)器件進(jìn)行測(cè)試
對(duì)器件進(jìn)行在線測(cè)試或比較過程中,凡是測(cè)試通過(或比較正常)的器件,請(qǐng)直接確認(rèn)測(cè)試結(jié)果,以便記錄;對(duì)測(cè)試未通過(或比較超差)的,可再測(cè)試一遍,若還是未通過,也可先確認(rèn)測(cè)試結(jié)果,就這樣一直測(cè)試下去,直到將板上的器件測(cè)試(或比較)完,然后再回過頭來處理那些未通過測(cè)試(或比較超差)的器件。對(duì)未通過功能在線測(cè)試的器件,儀器還提供了一種不太卻又比較實(shí)用的處理方法,由于儀器對(duì)電路板的供電可以通過測(cè)試夾施加到器件相應(yīng)的電源與地腳,若對(duì)器件的電源腳實(shí)施刃割,則這個(gè)器件將脫離電路板供電系統(tǒng),這時(shí)再對(duì)該器件進(jìn)行在線功能測(cè)試,由于電路板上的其他器件將不會(huì)再起干擾作用,實(shí)際測(cè)試效果等同于“準(zhǔn)離線”,測(cè)準(zhǔn)率將獲得很大提高。
3、用ASA-VI曲線掃描測(cè)試對(duì)測(cè)試庫(kù)尚未涵蓋的器件進(jìn)行比較測(cè)試
由于ASA-VI智能曲線掃描技術(shù)能適用于對(duì)任何器件的比較測(cè)試,只要測(cè)試夾能將器件夾住,再有一塊參照板,通過對(duì)比測(cè)試,同樣對(duì)器件具備較強(qiáng)的故障偵測(cè)能力。該功能彌補(bǔ)了器件在線功能測(cè)試要受制于測(cè)試庫(kù)的不足,拓展了儀器對(duì)電路板故障的偵測(cè)范圍?,F(xiàn)實(shí)中往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)無法找到好板做參照的情景,而且待修板本身的電路結(jié)構(gòu)也無任何對(duì)稱性,在這種情況下,ASA-VI曲線掃描比較測(cè)試功能起不了作用,而在線功能測(cè)試由于器件測(cè)試庫(kù)的不完全,無法完成對(duì)電路板上每一個(gè)器件都測(cè)試一遍,電路板依然無法修復(fù),這兒就是電路在線維修儀的局限,就跟沒有包治百病的藥一樣。
:先靜后動(dòng)
由于電路在線維修儀目前只能對(duì)電路板上的器件進(jìn)行功能在線測(cè)試和靜態(tài)特征分析,是否完全修好必須要經(jīng)過整機(jī)測(cè)試檢驗(yàn),因此,在檢驗(yàn)時(shí)先檢查一下設(shè)備的電源是否按要求正確供給到電路板上。
