可編程控制器系統(tǒng)的故障包括外部設(shè)備故障、系統(tǒng)故障、硬件故障和軟件故障。
此項(xiàng)研究指出:
①安裝與布線方面,可編程控制器應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離大功率的可控硅裝置、高頻電焊機(jī)和大型的動(dòng)力設(shè)備等干擾源;I/O線與控制線應(yīng)分開走,并保持一定距離;在電纜溝內(nèi)把動(dòng)力線與控制線分別敷設(shè)在電纜溝的兩側(cè),測(cè)溫電纜要采用屏蔽線,而且要接地良好。
②輸入端或輸出端接有感性負(fù)載元件時(shí),應(yīng)在兩端并聯(lián)續(xù)流二極管或阻容電路,以抑制電路斷開時(shí)產(chǎn)生的電弧對(duì)可編程控制器的影響;當(dāng)井筒接近開關(guān)、光電開關(guān)等兩線式傳感器的漏電流比較大時(shí),可能出現(xiàn)故障的輸入信號(hào),可在輸入端并聯(lián)旁路電阻,以減少輸入電阻。
③可編程控制器應(yīng)與其它設(shè)備分別使用自己的接地裝置,也可采用公用接地線,但禁用串聯(lián)接地方式,因?yàn)檫@種方式會(huì)在設(shè)備間產(chǎn)生電位差。
④提升機(jī)對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)有較高的可靠性要求,在可編程控制器出現(xiàn)故障的時(shí)候采用冷備系統(tǒng),即主控可編程控制器和輔控可編程控制器應(yīng)盡量一致,以滿足緊急運(yùn)行時(shí)可投入使用。
⑤供電部分應(yīng)考慮幾個(gè)因素:輸入電源的電壓在一定允許范圍之內(nèi)變化;輸入交流電斷電時(shí),應(yīng)不破壞控制器的程序和數(shù)據(jù);在控制系統(tǒng)不允許斷電的場(chǎng)合,要考慮供電電源的冗余;當(dāng)外部設(shè)備電源斷電時(shí),應(yīng)不影響控制器的供電;要考慮到電源系統(tǒng)的抗干擾措施。他們采取了使用不間斷供電系統(tǒng)、雙路供電系統(tǒng)、隔離變壓器供電系統(tǒng)、單獨(dú)電源給每一個(gè)可編程控制器供電或選用高質(zhì)量的直流電源等方案來(lái)提高控制系統(tǒng)可靠性。
