問:我在一個機架里需要同時擺放數(shù)字量跟模擬量的輸入輸出模塊,擺放上有什么需要注意的嗎?我看見有的項目把CPU放在數(shù)字量模塊的后面,CPU的后面是模擬量輸入輸出模塊,為什么要這樣放,還有系統(tǒng)為什么會自動識別I/Q的地址?

答:西門子S7-300PLC采用標準的模塊化結構,下面以僅包含一個主機架無擴展機架為例說明
電源模塊、CPU模塊和接口模塊(用于擴展機架用)在機架上的槽位是固定的,不可以隨便安裝,你一定是看錯了,CPU一定在所有信號模塊的前面,不可能在信號模塊(數(shù)字量I/O、模擬量I/O)的后面;
在0號機架(主機架)上,1-3號槽位是固定的:1號槽位安裝電源模塊(也可不用電源模塊,空缺);2號槽位為CPU模塊;3號槽位為安裝接口模塊(用于擴展機架,如IM360模塊);4-11號共8個槽位可自由分配信號模塊(數(shù)字量I/O、模擬量I/O)、功能模塊(FM)和通信處理器模塊(如工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)模塊CP343-1),沒有順序之分,一般習慣把功能模塊和通信處理器模塊放在信號模塊的后面;但一旦把信號模塊插入某個槽位,那么信號模塊的地址范圍與模塊所在的機架和槽位號就有關,一般地址自動默認,你也可以自己修改輸入/輸出地址;
6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0模塊是8個模擬量輸入通道,每個通道的分辨率為13位,每2個模擬量通道一組,每個通道可以分別設定為電壓、電流、電阻和溫度輸入;
6ES7 322-5HB00-0AB0模塊是分布式智能模塊ET200M里的標準模擬量模塊,為A0X12bit,為2個模擬量輸出通道,每個通道的分辨率為12位。
