給三菱變頻器輸入端加裝EMI 濾波器,可以有效抑制三菱變頻器對電網(wǎng)的傳導(dǎo)干擾,加裝輸入交流和直流電抗器,可以提高功率因數(shù),減小諧波污染,綜合效果好。在某些電機與三菱變頻器之間距離超過100 m 的場合,需要在三菱變頻器側(cè)添加交流輸出電抗器,解決因為輸出導(dǎo)線對地分布參數(shù)造成的漏電流保護和減少對外部的輻射干擾。一個行之有效的方法就是采用鋼管穿線或者屏蔽電纜的方法,并將鋼管外殼或者電纜屏蔽層與大地可靠連接。值得注意的是在不添加交流輸出電抗器時,如果采用鋼管穿線或者屏蔽電纜的方法,增大了輸出對地的分布電容,容易出現(xiàn)過流。當(dāng)然在實際應(yīng)用中一般采取其中的一種或者幾種方法。
對模擬傳感器檢測輸入和模擬控制信號進行電氣屏蔽和隔離。在三菱變頻器組成的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中,建議盡量不要采用模擬控制,特別是控制距離大于1m,跨控制柜安裝的情況下。因為三菱變頻器一般都有多段速設(shè)定、開關(guān)頻率量輸入輸出,可以滿足要求。如果非要用模擬量控制時,建議一定采用屏蔽電纜,并在傳感器側(cè)或者三菱變頻器側(cè)實現(xiàn)遠端一點接地。如果干擾仍舊嚴重,需要實現(xiàn)DC/DC隔離措施??梢圆捎脴藴实腄C/DC模塊,或者采用對v/f轉(zhuǎn)換光隔離,再采用頻率設(shè)定輸入的方法。
