4.2.2.1抖動(dòng)問(wèn)題
在機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)中，由于機(jī)器人的各個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)的機(jī)械特性隨著運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程的變化，其慣量產(chǎn)生了變化，例如，當(dāng)機(jī)械臂處于X軸方向伸長(zhǎng)時(shí)，則沿著Y軸方向的旋轉(zhuǎn)在0～90度范圍內(nèi)慣量產(chǎn)生了變化，從最大慣量到最小慣量，當(dāng)這個(gè)臂旋轉(zhuǎn)超過(guò)90度～180度范圍的話，則其慣量又開(kāi)始變大，由于這種慣量所產(chǎn)生的變化，會(huì)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器整個(gè)控制過(guò)程產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)的振動(dòng)，這也是目前機(jī)器人控制中普遍存在的問(wèn)題。
4.2.2.2基于建模的慣量前饋算法設(shè)計(jì)
MATLAB/Simub是目前最為流行的建模工具，由于與Mathworks公司的合作，貝加萊控制系統(tǒng)與MATLAB/Simub建模建立接口連接，經(jīng)過(guò)MATLAB/Simub仿真工具建模生成的控制器模型可以通過(guò)代碼自動(dòng)生成技術(shù)產(chǎn)生控制器的C代碼，而這一代碼無(wú)需手工重寫即可導(dǎo)入到B&R控制器中，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)在環(huán)測(cè)試。
