產(chǎn)品簡介
KBY-1A型壓力表，主要用于水泵、泥漿泵、排污泵等各類工程施工配套使用。可供地質(zhì)、煤碳、冶金、化工、水電、輕工、環(huán)保及工程施工系統(tǒng)，在生產(chǎn)過程中測量泵壓以及壓力變化。
該表具有以下特點：
1、耐震性能良好。并能承受測量范圍內(nèi)的瞬間壓力沖擊；
2、良好的阻尼特性?？蓽y量脈動介質(zhì)的瞬間壓力平均值；
3、防“堵”性能優(yōu)異。對高粘度、易結(jié)晶、含顆粒狀和纖維狀物質(zhì)以及油污等復雜介質(zhì)，具有較強的適應性；
4、儀表采用全密封結(jié)構(gòu)，可在高濕度、粉塵、污濺以及淺水中等惡劣環(huán)境中工作；
5、全金屬外殼體和器件，堅固可靠；
6、外形美觀，度盤清晰。
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
YBY-1A-type pressure gauge, mainly for water pumps, mud pumps, sewage pumps and

結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理
KBY-1A型壓力表，由介質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換器（或稱隔離器）和表頭組成。
介質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換器主要組件有：器體、橡膠隔膜（隔膜上部充20#機油或不同粘度的甲基硅油為工作油，使隔膜變呈Ω狀）、注油接頭、安裝接頭等；表頭由彈簧元件、傳動機構(gòu)、度盤、阻尼器以及殼體組成。表頭內(nèi)腔充粘度為300-500cs的甲基硅油。
被測介質(zhì)的壓力推動隔膜，介質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換器中的工作油以同等壓力使彈簧元件自由端產(chǎn)生相應的位移，經(jīng)傳動機構(gòu)，表針旋轉(zhuǎn)指示出被測介質(zhì)的壓力值。
Structure and working principle

使用注意事項
1、被測介質(zhì)壓力應不大于所選用儀表測量上限的3/4；
2、儀表垂直安裝為宜；
3、使用過程中，嚴禁拆動各零、部件；
4、若出現(xiàn)表頭內(nèi)腔充油漏失嚴重或介質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換器內(nèi)工作油滲漏，以及隔膜破裂等情況，應及時停用；
5、開箱后的儀表應放在下述環(huán)境中保管；
（1） 環(huán)境溫度+5～45℃；
（2） 相對濕度≦85%；
（3） 空氣中不應含有腐蝕性氣體和雜質(zhì)；
6、存放一年以上的儀表，啟用前應進行檢測。
Caution

6, stored more than one year of the instrument, should be detected before the opening.
