WSS Series Bibllic Thermometer Introduction
WSS 系列雙金屬溫度計(jì)是一種適合對(duì)流體蒸氣的中低溫度進(jìn)行直接測(cè)量的測(cè)溫儀表。
雙金屬溫度計(jì)對(duì)溫度的測(cè)量是通過(guò)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的由雙金屬材料制成的螺旋彈簧式雙金屬片對(duì)溫度的傳感來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。其雙金屬材料是由兩個(gè)不可分割的金屬片所組成，因?yàn)閮蓚€(gè)金屬的片的熱膨脹系數(shù)不同，因而在溫度變化情況下會(huì)發(fā)生不同程度的伸展變形。這種伸展變形與溫度近似成正比。金屬片一端固定而另一端與指示軸固定為一體，從而在金屬片伸展變形時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)指示軸旋轉(zhuǎn)并在刻度盤上指示出相應(yīng)的溫度值。
WSS series bibllic thermometers are designed to directly measure low and medium temperature of fluid steam.
The sensing element "Bibllic Coil" is composed of 2 indivisible bl sheets. Since the 2 bls have different rates of thermal expansion, the bibl debs varying with temperature. This expansion is almost in proportion to temperature. The one end of bibl is fixed, the other end is connected to mechanism to drive pointer.
