    德國(guó)蒂森Thermanit 23 不銹鋼焊條 E309MoL-17原裝德國(guó)蒂森 Thermanit Nicro182 ENiCrFe-3鎳基焊條Ni70Cr15鎳基合金焊條,熔敷金屬含有適量的錳、鉬和鈮,具有良好的抗裂性,采用直流反接。
    用途:用于焊接有耐熱、耐蝕要求的鎳基合金,也可用于異種鋼的焊接或用作過(guò)渡層及堆焊焊條。

      1.焊前焊條須經(jīng) 300℃烘焙 1 小時(shí),隨烘隨用。
      2.焊前必須清除焊件表面鐵銹、油污、水分等雜質(zhì)

    ENiCrFe-1鎳基焊條為支流電焊條,可應(yīng)用于溫度范圍從超低溫至約980℃溫度。焊接性及作業(yè)性良好,耐熱,耐蝕性佳,尤其在低溫時(shí)韌性良好,適用于Inconei對(duì)接,或Inconei和低合金鋼,不銹鋼等異材焊接用。
