一般整流橋命名中有3個(gè)數(shù)字,第一個(gè)數(shù)字代表額定電流,A;后兩個(gè)數(shù)字代表額電壓(數(shù)字*100),V
如:KBL410 即4A,1000V 。RS507 即5A,700V。
(1234567分別代表電壓檔的50V,100V,200V,400V,600V,800V,1000V)
常用的國(guó)產(chǎn)全橋有佑風(fēng)YF系列,進(jìn)口全橋有ST、IR等。
整流橋有多種方法可以用整流二極管將交流電轉(zhuǎn)換為直流電,
包括半波整流、全波整流以及橋式整流等。整流橋,就是將橋式整流的四個(gè)二極管封裝在一起,
只引出四個(gè)引腳。四個(gè)引腳中,兩個(gè)直流輸出端標(biāo)有+或-,兩個(gè)交流輸入端有~標(biāo)記。
