NCF601合金具有以下特性：1.高溫時具有出色的kang氧化性2.很好的kang碳百化性3.能很好的抗氧化性含硫氣氛4.在室溫和高溫時都具有很好的機械性能5.很好的耐應力腐蝕開裂性能由于控制了碳含量和晶粒尺寸，具有較高的蠕變斷裂強度，因此在 500℃以上的領域推薦使用該合金。

NAS 601不屬于沉淀析出硬化合金，因此，不能通過熱處理進行時效硬化。
冷加工后溫度達到900℃左右時，材料發(fā)生軟化，
如果需要材料具有高溫強度時，建議在1100～1200℃的溫度下進行固溶熱處理。
此時冷卻方法采用水冷，根據(jù)板厚不同，也可采用空冷。
但是，為了避免碳化物析出，建議在500～800℃溫度范圍時盡可能快冷。
