(5)水泵轉(zhuǎn)速過分降低時,泵的使用效益低,為此,應盡量避免泵在過低轉(zhuǎn)速下運行。用戶應按性能曲線圖選擇使用。

(1)預埋鐵件平面位置,高程正確,牢固;(2)預留地腳螺栓孔洞內(nèi)必須清理干凈,無橫穿的鋼筋和遺留雜物,孔的中心線對基準的偏差不大于5mm,孔壁鉛垂線誤差不大于10mm,并且孔壁力求粗糙。測量有關主泵,機組部件幾何尺寸,確定電機基礎,水泵基礎的實際安裝高程。(1)水泵葉輪與葉輪外殼預裝,測量葉輪上平面與外輪外殼上平面之間的距離,并做好記錄。(2)測量水泵葉輪中心線與葉輪上平面之間的距離,并做好記錄。(3)測量水泵導葉體上法蘭面與下法蘭面之間的距離,并做好記錄。(4)測量水泵泵座下法蘭面與泵底板接觸面之間的距離,并做好記錄。通過上述測量數(shù)據(jù)推算,即可根據(jù)葉輪中心設計高程確定水泵基礎的實際安裝高程。(5)測量水泵軸的長度及水泵軸下法蘭面至泵下軸承軸頸處的距離。

(一)HW型混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構成。
(二)泵蓋是泵與進水管相連的零件,其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙(在消除軸承軸向活 動間隙以后,保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙)。間隙過小產(chǎn)生摩擦,過大則會導致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流,使泵的效率降低,通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達到規(guī)定的要求的間隙。延伸搜索:水環(huán)真空泵
(三)密封裝置是由填料函、水封函、填料壓蓋和鉛粉(或油浸)石棉盤根組成。其作用有:
1、荼時防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi),起密封作用。
2、抽水時防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。
(四)軸套用來保護軸不使它與填料直接摩擦,若長期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多,可換軸套。
(五)水泵軸的兩個支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承,軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤滑脂以潤滑軸承。
(六)軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵流入軸承體內(nèi),從而保護軸承,延長使用壽命。
