一,板塊自身的損壞。構(gòu)成板塊自身損壞的原因有:1,當(dāng)污泥過稠或干塊留傳時(shí),就會(huì)構(gòu)成供料口的阻塞,此刻濾板間沒有了介質(zhì)只剩下液壓體系自身的壓力,此刻板塊自身因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)時(shí)間受壓極易構(gòu)成損壞。2,供料缺乏或供料中含有不合適的固體顆粒時(shí),同樣會(huì)構(gòu)成板框自身受力過多以至于損壞。
二、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

3.雙葉輪泵比單葉輪泵抗耐磨性更好
因雙葉輪泵以較低的葉輪出口線速度獲得更高的泵出口壓力從而克服了單葉輪泵為增加壓力而增加葉輪線速度,而導(dǎo)致葉輪、泵殼磨損加劇的缺點(diǎn),有效的提高水泵等過流部件的壽命。
