產(chǎn)品概述：S、SA系列雙吸中開泵，主要供輸送溫度不高于105°C的清水或理化性質(zhì)類似于水的液體。適用于自來水廠、泵站、電站、空調(diào)循環(huán)用水、采暖用熱水循環(huán)、工業(yè)供水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、船舶、煉油工業(yè)(一般性液體)等輸送液體的場合。
產(chǎn)品特點：
1、內(nèi)置式密封潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)：泵內(nèi)置式密封潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)，密封循環(huán)水對泵密封系統(tǒng)的潤滑、沖洗更為直接、有效。
2、外形美觀：直線型的外觀并在泵蓋上附加強筋，內(nèi)置式密封潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)使泵整體結(jié)構(gòu)渾然一體，靈活的結(jié)構(gòu)設計使泵更加精美大方。
3、率：采用CFD計算流體動力學，分析計算出泵內(nèi)壓力分布和速度分布關系、優(yōu)化泵的流道設計，確保泵有的水力形線，提高了泵的效率。泵體采用雙流道設計，以減小徑向力。泵體、泵蓋、葉輪等過流部采用樹脂砂板模造型，保證了外觀及流道尺寸以及泵的水力效率。S、SA系列雙吸中開泵效率比一般雙吸泵高3～5％。

裝配完成后，用手轉(zhuǎn)動泵軸，沒有擦碰現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)動比較輕滑均勻即可，拆卸可按上述裝配順序相反地進行。S系列中開泵安裝1，檢査水泵和電動機應無損壞。水泵的安裝高度，加上管路的水力損失，及其速度能，不得大于樣本規(guī)定的允許吸上真空高度值。基礎尺寸應符合泵機組的安裝尺寸。安裝順序：①將水泵放在埋有地腳螺栓的混凝土基礎上，用調(diào)整其間的楔型墊塊的方法校正水平，并適當擰緊地腳螺栓，以防走動。②在基礎與泵底腳之后灌注混凝土。③待混凝土干固后，擰緊地腳螺栓，并重新檢査水泵的水平度。④校正電動機軸與水泵軸的同心度。使兩軸成一直線，在兩軸器外圓上的同軸度允差為0.1mm，端面間隙沿圓周的不均勻度允差0.3mm（在聯(lián)接進出水管路及試運行后再分別校核一遍。
工作條件：
1．許用工作壓力為2.5MPa；即泵入口壓力+泵揚程≤2.5MPa。根據(jù)泵殼承受的壓力，泵體和泵蓋材質(zhì)采用灰口鑄鐵(1.6MPa)、球墨鑄鐵(2.0MPa)、鑄鋼(2.5MPa)。在訂貨時敬請注明泵的承壓情況或材質(zhì)。
2．介質(zhì)：溫度≤105°C的清水或物理化學性質(zhì)類似清水的其它液體(固體顆粒≤80mg/L)。 軸承1、采用油脂潤滑的封閉式滾動軸承，維護簡單，運行時間長；2、配備恒定油位的油杯，也可用稀油潤滑；
3、選用進口(SKF、NSK、NTN)高質(zhì)量軸承，運行平穩(wěn)，噪音低，使用壽命長。 結(jié)構(gòu) 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、穩(wěn)定性好。
S、SA系列雙吸中開泵為泵殼中開結(jié)構(gòu)，進出口均在泵體上，檢修時只需吊出泵蓋，轉(zhuǎn)子部件便可移出進行檢修作業(yè)，而不需拆卸管路，十分方便。 根據(jù)需要電動機(驅(qū)動機)可以在左端也可在右端，方便現(xiàn)場安裝。結(jié)構(gòu)上縮短轉(zhuǎn)子部件軸向尺寸，軸的鋼性更好，運行更穩(wěn)定可靠。設有泵體密封環(huán)，而葉輪密封環(huán)為可選用件。密封環(huán)磨損后可以更換，減少了運行維護費用。
