全自動壓濾機由交替排列的濾板和濾框構(gòu)成一組濾室。濾板的表面有溝槽，其凸出部位用以支撐濾布。濾框和濾板的邊角上有通孔，組裝后構(gòu)成完整的通道，能通入懸浮液、洗滌水和引出濾液。板、框兩側(cè)各有把手支托在橫梁上，由壓緊裝置壓緊板、框。板、框之間的濾布起密封墊片的作用。由供料泵將懸浮液壓入濾室，在濾布上形成濾渣，直至充滿濾室。濾液穿過濾布并沿濾板溝槽流至板框邊角通道，集中排出。過濾完畢，可通入清洗滌水洗滌濾渣。洗滌后，有時還通入壓縮空氣，除去剩余的洗滌液。隨后打開壓濾機卸除濾渣，清洗濾布，重新壓緊板、框，開始下一工作循環(huán)。全自動壓濾機對于濾渣壓縮性大或近于不可壓縮的懸浮液都能適用。適合的懸浮液的固體顆粒濃度一般為10%以下。
二、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)特點
1.獨特的密封裝置采用負(fù)壓技術(shù)加組合密封裝置，在壓力不斷增加而流量逐漸減少的情況下，密封組件不承受壓力，尤其是在后期壓榨期時因泵在大壓力下，其創(chuàng)新密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，保證軸封處基本達(dá)到無泄漏。
2.雙級葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計
該泵采用雙主泵體，雙主葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，解決了單泵單葉輪泵在入料初期時振動和噪音過大、性能曲線平坦、葉輪流道窄、通過性能差等缺點非常適合壓濾機入料時應(yīng)阻力的變化來實現(xiàn)大流量低壓力喂料與小流量、高壓力過濾的要求。
3.雙葉輪泵比單葉輪泵抗耐磨性更好
因雙葉輪泵以較低的葉輪出口線速度獲得更高的泵出口壓力從而克服了單葉輪泵為增加壓力而增加葉輪線速度，而導(dǎo)致葉輪、泵殼磨損加劇的缺點，有效的提高水泵等過流部件的壽命。
4.應(yīng)用范圍廣
該產(chǎn)品可采用鑄鋼、高鉻鑄鐵（耐腐耐磨材料）、不銹鋼等多種材質(zhì)制造，可適合不同的介質(zhì)需求，用戶選用的范圍更廣。
5.葉輪與泵壁的間隙可調(diào)
獨特的軸承箱設(shè)計，用戶在常時間使用后，因磨損造成壓力下降時，可通過調(diào)整葉輪與泵壁的間隙來繼續(xù)保障水泵的高壓力，提高了水泵的使用壽命、延長了大修周期，克服了傳統(tǒng)單葉輪壓濾泵因磨損壓力下降快，經(jīng)常更換葉輪使用壽命短等缺點。
