板框壓濾機的濾板整理不凈時,偶爾會造成介質(zhì)外泄,一旦外泄,板框邊際就會被沖刷出一道一道的小溝來,介質(zhì)的審察外泄造成壓力不能抬高,泥餅不能造成。對于經(jīng)常操作板框壓濾機的工作人員來說，或多或少都會遇到很多意想不到的問題和事情，這些問題一旦得不到及時的解決，很可能會影響板框壓濾機的正常工作。明顯的特征就是，當(dāng)板框壓濾機的濾布過濾時間有四個月左右時，濾布的滲透力就發(fā)生明顯的下降。以下三點能解決滲透力問題：清洗要經(jīng)常進行清洗，這樣才能保證板框壓濾機的正常工作效率，雖說板框壓濾機本身帶有每周進行循環(huán)卸除濾餅的功能，但是因為濾布是長時間和過濾液接觸的，而且它們的工作環(huán)境是強壓力的，所以就會出現(xiàn)固體附著在濾布上的情況。
二、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)特點
1.獨特的密封裝置采用負壓技術(shù)加組合密封裝置，在壓力不斷增加而流量逐漸減少的情況下，密封組件不承受壓力，尤其是在后期壓榨期時因泵在大壓力下，其創(chuàng)新密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，保證軸封處基本達到無泄漏。
2.雙級葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計
該泵采用雙主泵體，雙主葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，解決了單泵單葉輪泵在入料初期時振動和噪音過大、性能曲線平坦、葉輪流道窄、通過性能差等缺點非常適合壓濾機入料時應(yīng)阻力的變化來實現(xiàn)大流量低壓力喂料與小流量、高壓力過濾的要求。
3.雙葉輪泵比單葉輪泵抗耐磨性更好
因雙葉輪泵以較低的葉輪出口線速度獲得更高的泵出口壓力從而克服了單葉輪泵為增加壓力而增加葉輪線速度，而導(dǎo)致葉輪、泵殼磨損加劇的缺點，有效的提高水泵等過流部件的壽命。
