即可取下軸承。由于有的端蓋軸承孔與軸承外圈的配合比軸承內(nèi)圈與轉(zhuǎn)軸的配合更緊。因此,在拆卸端蓋時(shí),應(yīng)把軸承留在端蓋軸承孔中。拆卸軸承時(shí),將端蓋止口面向上平穩(wěn)放置，在端蓋軸承孔四周墊上木板，但要注意不能抵住軸承，然后用一根直徑略小于軸承外沿的銅棒或其他金屬棒，抵住軸承外圈,從上方用榔頭將軸承向下敲出即可。c.將軸承從軸上拆卸掉，并在清洗油(煤油、柴油、汽油)中清洗干凈。d.首先,檢查滾珠、內(nèi)外滾道有無劃痕、裂紋或銹斑等缺陷。然后，固定軸承內(nèi)圈，使其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，若軸承正常應(yīng)當(dāng)是旋轉(zhuǎn)平衡、轉(zhuǎn)速均勻、無雜音并徐徐停止;若軸承不正常則表現(xiàn)為發(fā)生雜音、振動(dòng)、扭動(dòng)或轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)突然停止?；蛘哂檬滞苿?dòng)軸承時(shí)，發(fā)出撞擊聲或手感游隙過大等現(xiàn)象。
工作條件
