特點(diǎn)

介質(zhì)中所含固體物的顆粒直徑含量情況，同時(shí)介質(zhì)溫度也是十分重要的一點(diǎn)。管道增壓泵所需要的流量在工藝流程中可以忽略管道系統(tǒng)中的泄漏量，但需要注意必須考慮管道增壓泵的工藝變化對流量產(chǎn)生的影響。如果是農(nóng)業(yè)用管道增壓泵要采用明渠輸水時(shí)，還要考慮滲漏及蒸發(fā)量。在管道增壓泵生產(chǎn)工藝中已經(jīng)給出了最小、正常、最大流量等數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)按最大流量進(jìn)行考慮。如果生產(chǎn)管道增壓泵工藝中只給出正常流量，應(yīng)考慮留有一定余量。對于ns>100的大流量低揚(yáng)程管道增壓泵，流量余量應(yīng)取5%，對ns<50的小流量高揚(yáng)程管道增壓泵，流量余量應(yīng)取10%，在50≤ns≤100之間的管道增壓泵，流量余量也取5%，一些質(zhì)量低劣或是運(yùn)行條件惡劣的管道增壓泵。
工作條件
1 吸入壓力≤1.0MPa,或泵系統(tǒng)最高工作壓力≤1.6MPa，即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1.6MPa，泵靜壓試驗(yàn)壓力為2.5MPa。訂貨時(shí)請注明系統(tǒng)工作壓力，泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力大于1.6MPa時(shí)應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便在制造時(shí)泵的過流部件和聯(lián)接部分采用鑄鋼材料。
2 環(huán)境溫度<40℃，相對濕度<95% 。
