XCRS濕式弱磁選機(jī)用于金屬選礦實(shí)驗(yàn)室，礦業(yè)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)，中間實(shí)驗(yàn)廠，它利用濕式方法對細(xì)粒磁性礦石進(jìn)行磁選，選別形式為順流。磁選機(jī)體積小，重量輕，操作簡單。該設(shè)備不宜進(jìn)行帶有腐蝕性液體的選礦試驗(yàn)。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
該機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)裝開式磁系，當(dāng)給礦時能迅速的分選出磁性礦物，磁性礦物在槽體中被磁力吸在鼓面上，受磁力攪拌下甩掉污泥，最后隨鼓面旋轉(zhuǎn)借助于沖水排出機(jī)外。
XCRS Wet Magnetic Separator is mainly desgned for labs for netallic mineral processing.Tt conducts concurrent magnetic separation of fine-grain ores with strong magnetism by wse of Wet Method.It is small in volume,light in weight,simple in operation and convenient in maintenance.However,it is unsuitable to be used in beneficiation by the ber corrosive.
