三、選型參考:
數(shù)控切割機(jī)選型步驟,用戶需從切割幅面大小、結(jié)構(gòu)形式、切割方式、調(diào)高方式等幾個方面來綜合考慮。
1、幅面大小 :確定板材需要切割的有效長度和有效寬度,以及大致的厚度范圍;
2、結(jié)構(gòu)開工:設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有便攜式式、龍門式、臺式、管板一體機(jī)四種。
便攜式式結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,設(shè)備移動和安裝方便,不需占用固定的廠房,設(shè)備成本低。但受其結(jié)構(gòu)的限制,橫向切割寬度有限,高速切割時剛性較差。龍門式切割機(jī),由于是龍門式支撐方式,所以設(shè)備剛性好,可以實現(xiàn)橫向3-8m的大跨度。設(shè)備安裝要求高,需占用專門的廠房面積,特點(diǎn)是長期使用穩(wěn)定性好。

(1)、火焰與等離子切割

等離子切割:適用于對碳鋼板、不銹鋼板、有色金屬進(jìn)行切割,切割速度比火焰更快。
