近日，一條“游客在桂林跟團(tuán)旅游遭導(dǎo)游強(qiáng)制消費(fèi)”的視頻在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上廣泛傳播，備受關(guān)注。桂林市文化廣電和旅游局12日表示，經(jīng)初步核實(shí)，該視頻中反映的涉事導(dǎo)游趙某某言行基本屬實(shí)，將責(zé)成趙某某向游客賠禮道歉，并吊銷趙某某的導(dǎo)游證。
6月10日晚，一條“這個(gè)導(dǎo)游好囂張”的視頻中，一名導(dǎo)游正對沒有購物的游客喊話，稱既然來到了桂林就要花錢，“不管游客圖桂林哪一樣來的，既然來了，就得馬上下車，在一個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)花兩萬塊錢?！币曨l在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上迅速傳播，部分網(wǎng)站評論量達(dá)到數(shù)萬條。
桂林市文化廣電和旅游局表示，根據(jù)調(diào)查，涉事方是湖南到桂林的汽車旅游團(tuán)，共55人，旅游時(shí)間為5月30日至6月2日。經(jīng)初步核實(shí)，該視頻中反映的涉事導(dǎo)游趙某某言行基本屬實(shí)，將責(zé)成趙某某向游客賠禮道歉，吊銷趙某某的導(dǎo)游證，并納入旅游經(jīng)營服務(wù)不良信息。除了對涉事導(dǎo)游進(jìn)行處理外，桂林市旅游部門正對涉事相關(guān)經(jīng)營者作進(jìn)一步調(diào)查處理。
桂林旅游部門表示，桂林市將繼續(xù)對旅游市場違法違規(guī)經(jīng)營開展精準(zhǔn)打擊，發(fā)現(xiàn)一起查處一起，絕不手軟。同時(shí)再次提醒游客選擇合法、誠信的旅行社并簽訂合同，在合同中明確約定購物和自費(fèi)項(xiàng)目等事項(xiàng)，切勿選擇明顯低于游覽價(jià)格的項(xiàng)目?！安缓侠淼蛢r(jià)游”往往增加自費(fèi)和購物項(xiàng)目，甚至可能會強(qiáng)迫消費(fèi)，游客注意不要上當(dāng)受騙。
