不是的話,重復2)、3)操作,直至符合要求。調節(jié)過程必須小心仔細。(如果熱力膨脹閥油堵嚴重,拆下后用無水乙醇進行清洗,再重新裝上;失去調節(jié)功能的熱力膨脹閥應更換;安裝熱力膨脹閥需注意感溫包安裝位置和做好保溫工作)另外,在實際中,采用如上儀表檢查熱力膨脹閥工作情況,往往要浪費大量的時間,可采用目檢與儀表檢查相結合的方法,即先用眼睛觀察壓縮機回氣管的結露情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常后,再用儀表檢查。這樣,可以節(jié)約大量的時間,而且完全可以達到檢查目的。力膨脹閥調整效果實例現(xiàn)根據上述步驟對杭州市電信分公司惠興路七局程控機房的HIROSS空調熱力膨脹閥進行了調整。在檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)一臺94年安裝的HIROSSO55型空調在兩個壓縮機都運行的情況下,進回風溫差偏小(回風22.5℃,送風16.8℃)空調制冷效果不明顯。觀察視液鏡和干燥過濾器,發(fā)現(xiàn)氟利昂充足,排除少氟和過濾器堵塞,進一步檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩臺空調壓縮機回氣有過熱、熱力膨脹閥出口處溫度偏低現(xiàn)象,用數字式溫度計測得其中一個系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器出口溫度為18℃,壓力表測得回氣壓力為3.2kg/cm2,對應的蒸發(fā)溫度為-5℃,過熱度為23℃,明顯偏離正常的過熱度,從而診斷為熱力膨脹閥開啟度不夠,決定調整熱力膨脹閥開啟度。

一般說來,被調量信號經過被調量→比較器→調節(jié)器→調節(jié)機構→調節(jié)閥→加熱(冷卻)設備→被調對象→被調量這一循環(huán)反復的過程,才完成控制被調對象中的被調量的任務。從被調對象的角度看,大多數熱工對象在階躍信號作用下,響應曲線符合指數衰減規(guī)律,如圖7[7]所示。在過渡過程中,被調對象的被調量相對其輸入信號來說,放大系數Kc不是個常數,往往是由小向大的方向變化。而從調節(jié)系統(tǒng)看,除加熱器和調節(jié)閥外,其他組成部分的控制特性均可簡化為一放大系數不變的比例環(huán)節(jié)[8]。
