PLC的修理
PLC操控器具有必定的自檢才能,并且在體系運轉周期中都有自診斷處置期間,故在修理過程中應:
⑴檢查PLC供電是不是正常。若POWER指示燈不亮,可檢查供電線路和熔斷器。
⑵檢查PLC體系。發(fā)動PLC檢查“RUN”指示是不是正常,有無報警發(fā)作。一般正在運用的PLC體系很難發(fā)作這種毛病。
⑶I/O模塊的檢查。檢查I/O模塊供電電壓是不是正常;檢測輸入輸出端口的信號及對應端口指示燈顯現(xiàn)是不是正常。

一電動汽車感應式無線充電原理感應式無線充電技術是目前已經(jīng)被成功地應用到一些電動汽車充電系統(tǒng)當中,發(fā)射系統(tǒng)埋在地面以下,接收的線圈一般位于汽車底盤,發(fā)射線圈與接收線圈發(fā)生感應耦合,相當于一個可分離變壓器,通過線圈間的高頻電磁場對電能進行無線傳輸,其基本結構如所示。可以看到,首先來自于電網(wǎng)的工頻交流電經(jīng)過整流和逆變轉化為高頻交流電,這個頻率一般是幾十到幾百KHz,電流通過補償電路到達原邊發(fā)射線圈,并在線圈中產(chǎn)生高頻電磁場,電動汽車上的副邊接收線圈通過電磁場吸收來自原邊的電能,之后再經(jīng)過高頻整流、BMS電路等環(huán)節(jié),終提供給負載電池充電。

從應用的角度來看,雖然一些性能無法測試,但可根據(jù)規(guī)格書極限測試條件測試電源穩(wěn)定可靠性,如電壓、溫度、負載等;也可根據(jù)規(guī)格書如推薦電路,測試模塊浪涌抗擾度、靜電抗擾度、脈沖群抗擾度等;還可測試模塊持續(xù)短路、重復開關機等。推薦電路當然,這些測試本身屬于破壞性的,會造成模塊一定的損傷,測試完后不應再使用在產(chǎn)品上。容性負載和過流保護電源容性負載能力越大,常意味著限流點設置較高。在開機和輸出短路時通常導致較高的電應力,甚至使變壓器飽和。
