CAN總線(xiàn)作為工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)底層通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),有效的解決了傳統(tǒng)伺服控制技術(shù)暴露出一些問(wèn)題:控制方式單一,可操作性和實(shí)時(shí)性差,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線(xiàn)方式復(fù)雜,可靠性不高,網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信能力差等問(wèn)題. 基于以上情況,論文在深入研究CAN總線(xiàn)及其應(yīng)用層協(xié)議CANopen的基礎(chǔ)上,將CAN現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)USB-CAN通信卡,使CAN總線(xiàn)深入到工業(yè)伺服控制底層,同時(shí)對(duì)交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器主從站控制系統(tǒng)軟硬件進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)研究,其具有重要的理論價(jià)值和工程實(shí)踐價(jià)值. 首先,回顧交流伺服控制系統(tǒng)以及CAN現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)和CANopen協(xié)議發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,比較現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)較傳統(tǒng)控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),分析實(shí)現(xiàn)基于CANopen協(xié)議的分布式交流伺服系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制的方法和要點(diǎn). 其次,深入分析CANopen協(xié)議。
