定期對(duì)變頻器進(jìn)行巡視檢查，檢查變頻器運(yùn)行時(shí)是否有異?，F(xiàn)象。通常應(yīng)作如下檢查： (1)、環(huán)境溫度是否正常，要求在-10℃～+40℃范圍內(nèi)，以25℃左右為好； (2)、變頻器在顯示面板上顯示的輸出電流、電壓、頻率等各種數(shù)據(jù)是否正常； (3)、顯示面板上顯示的字符是否清楚，是否缺少字符； (4)、用測(cè)溫儀器檢測(cè)變頻器是否過(guò)熱，是否有異味； (5)、變頻器風(fēng)扇運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，有無(wú)異常，散熱風(fēng)道是否通暢； (6)、變頻器運(yùn)行中是否有故障報(bào)警顯示； (7)、檢查交流輸入電壓是否超過(guò)值。限是418V(380V1.1)，如果主電路外加輸入電壓超過(guò)限，即使變頻器沒(méi)運(yùn)行，也會(huì)對(duì)變頻器線路板造成損壞。
