由于價(jià)格低廉，變頻器在制造時(shí)不得已選用了一些底端的原器件，或者說在選用原器件時(shí)考慮的量太小。比如：耐壓，耐溫，耐電壓、電流沖擊等。因此，在我國使用的實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)問題相對(duì)較多，這是令我們感到非常遺憾的地方。 2、常見故障現(xiàn)象分析及處理方法 一般來說，當(dāng)你拿到一臺(tái)有故障的變頻器，再上電之前先要用萬用表檢查一下整流橋和IGBT模塊有沒有燒，線路板上有沒有明顯燒損的痕跡。 具體方法是： 用萬用表(是用模擬表)的電阻1K檔，黑表棒接變頻器的直流端(-)，用紅表棒分別測量變頻器的三相輸入端和三相輸出端的電阻，其阻值應(yīng)該在5K-10K之間，三相阻值要一樣，輸出端的阻值比輸入端略小一些，并且沒有充放電現(xiàn)象。然后，反過來將紅表棒接變頻器的直流端(+)，黑表棒分別測量變頻器三相輸入端和三相輸出端的電阻，其阻值應(yīng)該在5K-10K之間，三相阻值要一樣，輸出端的阻值比輸入端略小一些，并且沒有充放電現(xiàn)象。否則，說明模塊損壞。這時(shí)候不能盲目上電，特別是整流橋損壞或線路板上有明顯的燒損痕跡的情況下尤其禁止上電，以免造成更大的損失。
