5、連續(xù)的V型結(jié)構(gòu)使得水流滲入速度減小，減輕了管體與設(shè)備所受壓力。
6、基管材質(zhì)為API標準的J55、K55、N80等，外層篩管為不銹鋼304，也可按照客戶要求使用其他材質(zhì)。
適用環(huán)境：千米深井，石油井，地?zé)峋?，施工條件惡劣的地層。
The Pipe-based screen is a perfect combination of a high perbance profile wire screen and a strong internal pipe. It utilizes a very accurate V-shaped wire welded onto supporting rods to b a jacket that is assembled onto the perforated pipe – making them ideally suited to deep wells.
The very close slot control tolerances prevent sand migration.
Most importantly, the V-shaped continuous slot opening ensures better flow perbances and is specially designed for very severe conditions.
As standard, 304 stainless steel is used in the manufacture of the jacket, and J55 or K55 for the pipe base. The standard external screen open area is 21%, although other percentage open areas are available.
