UN3系列對(duì)焊機(jī)是為銅管與鋁管連接專(zhuān)用的焊接設(shè)備，它可替代原先使用的專(zhuān)用高壓閃光對(duì)焊機(jī)和釬焊。系統(tǒng)采用了可編程
序邏輯控制器（PLC）為動(dòng)作邏輯控制單元，專(zhuān)用微電腦焊接控制器為焊接工藝控制單元，使用高品質(zhì)鋁合金氣缸和高精度含油軸承與
精密機(jī)床用高精度光桿配合來(lái)保證機(jī)械動(dòng)作的精度。具有可靠的焊接質(zhì)量，控制與調(diào)整直觀簡(jiǎn)便，生產(chǎn)效率高，無(wú)漏焊漏氣現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)成品率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)克服了原來(lái)焊接工藝需要對(duì)焊接管內(nèi)二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點(diǎn)。
裝有初級(jí)恒壓和次級(jí)恒流的控制系統(tǒng)、強(qiáng)制水冷系統(tǒng)、氣源儲(chǔ)氣罐，確保大量生產(chǎn)，焊接質(zhì)量和焊接效果完全一致。
可儲(chǔ)存多種不同規(guī)范，根據(jù)不同的管徑調(diào)用不同的規(guī)范，操作簡(jiǎn)單，效率高，廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、冰箱、冷柜、冷庫(kù)、壓縮機(jī)等產(chǎn)品。
Main Features:
UN3 Series Copper Tube and Aluminum Tube Butt welding Machines specially designed for Copper Tube and Aluminum Tube welding, it can replace the High-voltage Flash Welding Machine and brazing machine with lower and old technology.
The System adopt Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as the b logic controlling unit; adopt Special Microcomputer Welding Controller as the welding process control unit; adopt the High-quality Aluminum Alloy Cylinder and High-precision Oil Bearings integrated with High-precision Lathe Lever to make precise machinery bs.
It has the reliable welding quality, easy and simple control and adjustment, high productivity, no gas leakage phenomenon, and some other excellence.
The computerized controlling box with secondary constant voltage and constant current, force water cooling system and air storage tank can guarantee the machine produce mass weld in the same shape and quality.
Able to store many different Schedule Numbers according to different size of tubes,easy operation,high efficiency,Widely used in air conditioning ,refrigerator,freezer,refrigerator,compressor,etc.
