1. Environment B&Q驗廠環(huán)境方面審核
1.1 Is there evidence of local pollution from the factory?(e.g. air emissions, waste liquid and residue effluent )
工廠能否對當?shù)丨h(huán)境構(gòu)成污染？(例如廢氣、廢液、廢渣等的排放)?
1.2 Has the factory operated for the past 2 years without prosecution under Environmental Legislation?
工廠以前兩年中能否有環(huán)境立法方面的訴訟？
1.3 Does the factory have a meaningful environmental policy signed by Chief Executive?
能否有總司理簽署的有針對性的環(huán)境方針？
1.4 Does the factory have an Environmental Action Plan against which progress is monitored?
能否有改進環(huán)境影響的舉動計劃？
1.5 The factory does NOT knowingly contravene local and national environmental legislation without being able to demonstrate a plan of b to improve?
工廠沒有成心違反當?shù)睾蛧业沫h(huán)境法則需要，若有應能提出改進的舉動計劃。
1.6 Does the factory monitor energy usage?eg. Electric, fuel,etc.
工廠能否監(jiān)測其動力運用？例如用電和燃料等等
2. Timber (if relevant) 木材(如果適用)
2.1 Does the factory understand the issues associated with the provision of independently certified timber (in particular F.S.C.)?
工廠能否了解與木材收買相關的，需證明木材合法來歷的疑問(尤其是經(jīng)F.S.C.森林處理委員會證明過的合法來歷木材)?
2.2 Does the factory have a ‘Chain of Custody’ in place which meets F.S.C. requirements?
工廠能否有一個與F.S.C.森林處理委員會需要相符的”監(jiān)管鏈”?
1. Health & Safety 健康和安全
1.1 Is there a b Health and Safety Policy?
能否有清楚的健康安全方針？
1.2 Are health and safety training records kept? Such as training for the hazards associates with their job, PPE, and safe use of machinery etc.
工廠能否保管健康和安全練習記載？例如作業(yè)風險練習，個人防護用品練習，機械安全操作練習等等.
1.3 Are hazardous activities / substances storage and usage comply with the local legislation?Are the risk of harm from hazardous substances/activities minimised through the provision of safety equipment, signage, training and a safe factory infrastructure.
