這類模塊一般帶有微處理器,用來控制運(yùn)動物體的位置、速度和加速度,它可以控制直線運(yùn)動或運(yùn)動、單軸或多軸運(yùn)動。它們使運(yùn)動控制與PLC的順序控制功能有機(jī)地結(jié)合在一起,被廣泛地應(yīng)用在機(jī)床、裝配機(jī)械等。 位置控制一般采用閉環(huán)控制,用伺服電動機(jī)作驅(qū)動裝置。如果用步進(jìn)電動機(jī)作驅(qū)動裝置,既可以采用開環(huán)控制,也可以采用閉環(huán)控制。模塊用存儲器來存儲給定的運(yùn)動曲線,典型的機(jī)床運(yùn)動曲線如往示,高速v1用于快速進(jìn)給,低速v2用于實際的切削,P1是運(yùn)動的終點。模塊從位置傳感器當(dāng)前的位置值,并與給定值相比較,比較的結(jié)果用來控制伺服電動機(jī)或步進(jìn)電動機(jī)的驅(qū)動裝置。 下面介紹FX2N系列的脈沖輸出模塊和定位控制模塊。 1.FX2N–1 PG–E脈沖輸出模塊 FX2N–1 PG–E有定位控制的7種操作,一個模塊控制一個軸,F(xiàn)X2N系列PLC可連接8個模塊,控制8個單獨的軸。輸出脈沖可達(dá)100kHz,可選擇輸出加脈沖、減脈沖和有方向的脈沖。在程序中占用8個I/O點,可用于FX2N和FX2NC。 2.FX2N–10PG脈沖輸出模塊 FX2N系列PLC可連接8個模塊,輸出脈沖可達(dá)1MHz,小起動時間為1ms,定位期間有優(yōu)速度控制和近似S型的加減速控制,可接收外部脈沖發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的30kHz的輸入,表格操作使多點定位編程更為方便。在程序中占用8個I/O點,可用于FX2N和FX2NC。 3.FX2N–10GM和FX–20GM定位控制器 FX2N–10GM是單軸定位單元,F(xiàn)X–20GM是雙軸定位單元,可執(zhí)行直線插補(bǔ)、圓弧插補(bǔ),或雙軸控制,可以工作,不必連接到PLC上。有位置檢測功能和手動脈沖發(fā)生器連接功能,具有流程圖的編程使程序設(shè)計可視化。 高輸出為200kHz,F(xiàn)X–20GM插補(bǔ)時為100kHz,在程序中占用8個輸入輸出點。

根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝要求,分析被控對象的復(fù)雜程度,進(jìn)行I/O點數(shù)和I/O點的類型(數(shù)字量、模擬量等)統(tǒng)計,列出清單。適當(dāng)進(jìn)行內(nèi)存容量的估計,確定適當(dāng)?shù)牧粲熊浻布Y源余量而不浪費(fèi)資源的機(jī)型(小、中、大型機(jī)器)。 根據(jù)PLC輸出端所帶的負(fù)載是直流型還是交流型,是大電流還是小電流,以及PLC輸出點的等,從而確定輸出端采用繼電器輸出,還是晶體管輸出,或品閘管輸出。不同的負(fù)載選用不同的輸出,對的運(yùn)行是很重要的。 電磁閥的開閉、大電感負(fù)載、低的設(shè)備,PLC輸出端采用繼電器輸出或者固態(tài)繼電器輸出;各種指示燈、變頻器/數(shù)字直流調(diào)速器的啟動/停止應(yīng)采用晶體管輸出。
