隨著工業(yè)和國(guó)防現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展，無論對(duì)公路運(yùn)輸還是非公路運(yùn)輸?shù)能囕v都提出更高的要求。主減速器是汽車傳動(dòng)部分的重要部件之一，是汽車傳動(dòng)系最主的部件之一。主要作用是依靠齒數(shù)少的錐齒輪帶動(dòng)齒數(shù)多的錐齒輪降速增矩，對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)縱置的汽車，其主減速器還利用錐齒輪傳動(dòng)以改變動(dòng)力方向。為滿足不同的使用要求，主減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式也是不一樣的。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的是輕型卡車主減速器的設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)主要包括：主減速器結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇、主、從動(dòng)錐齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)、軸承的設(shè)計(jì)與校核，軸的設(shè)計(jì)與校核等。 主減速器對(duì)提高汽車形式平穩(wěn)性和其通過性有著獨(dú)特的作用，是汽車設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)之一。 關(guān)鍵詞：主減速器齒輪軸承設(shè)計(jì)校核 Abstract With the development of industry and national defense modernization "regardless of the highway transportation or non - road transport vehicles are put forward higher requirements.
