注意事項(xiàng)
1、起重前必須了解貨物的重量，貨重不得超過叉車的額定起重量。
2、起重包裝貨物時(shí)應(yīng)注意貨物包扎是否牢固。
3、根據(jù)貨物大小尺寸，調(diào)整貨叉間距，使貨物均勻分布在兩叉之間，避免偏載。
4、貨物插入貨堆時(shí)門架應(yīng)前傾，貨物裝入貨叉后，門架應(yīng)后傾，使貨物緊靠叉壁，并盡可能將貨物降低然后方可行駛。
5、升降貨物時(shí)一般應(yīng)在垂直位置進(jìn)行。
6、在進(jìn)行人工裝卸時(shí)，必須使用手制動，使貨叉穩(wěn)定。
7、行走與提升不允許同時(shí)操作。
8、在大坡度路面運(yùn)載貨物時(shí)，注意貨物在貨叉上的牢固程度。

?日常維護(hù)
1、 電池應(yīng)該經(jīng)常補(bǔ)添蒸餾水（純水）。
2、 長期不使用電動叉車應(yīng)該將蓄電池充滿電擱置。并保持相隔1~2個月左右的頻率進(jìn)行充電。
3、 在多班作業(yè)時(shí)，電機(jī)驅(qū)動的倉儲叉車需要有備用電池(連續(xù)工作的情況下，電池電量消耗的快，對電池的損耗也比較大)。
4、 電瓶充電時(shí)，必須將充電回路與斬波器完全脫離，因?yàn)槌擞绊懗潆姍C(jī)充電外，充電機(jī)產(chǎn)生的過電壓也會損害斬波器。
5、 電池不要橫放。因?yàn)?，電池的?nèi)部一般是22～28%的稀硫酸。電池正放的時(shí)候電解液可以淹沒極板并且還剩下一點(diǎn)空間如果把電池橫放的話會有一部分電極板暴露在空氣中，這對電池的極板非常不利，而且一般的電池的觀察孔或者電池的頂部都有排氣口與外界相通，所以電池橫放電解液很容易流出。
6、選擇智能型分階段的充電器，防止過充導(dǎo)致失水。
7、選擇高效率的電動輪轂系統(tǒng)，減少工作電流。
8、勤充電或保持合理的充電頻率，有計(jì)劃充電。如一天一充或二天一充。
9、防止虧電存放，虧電存放對電池最有害。
