    Z117低氫型 直流 高釩鋼 用于鑄鐵缺陷的焊補,如汽車缸體、機架齒輪箱等,也可焊補高強度鑄件及球墨鑄鐵件,焊件不進行預(yù)熱,焊后可以進行切削加工,但加工性能不如Z508、Z308和Z408
        Z208是低碳鋼芯、強石墨化型藥皮的鑄鐵電焊條,焊縫在緩冷時可變成灰口鑄鐵,抗裂性能較差??山恢绷鲀捎茫瑑r格低廉。用途: 用于焊補灰口鑄鐵的缺陷。
        Z238是低碳鋼芯、強石墨化型藥皮的球墨鑄鐵焊條,由于加入一定量的球墨化劑,使熔敷金屬中的石墨在受冷過程中呈球狀析出,可交直流兩用。用途: 用于焊補球墨鑄鐵件。

        Z408是鎳鐵合金焊芯,強還原性石墨藥皮的鑄鐵焊條,具有強度高、塑性好、線膨脹系數(shù)低等特點??沽研詫铱阼T鐵與Z308差不多,但對球墨鑄鐵則比Z308強,對含磷量高(0.2%P)的鑄鐵,也具有良好的效果,切削加工性能比Z308和Z508稍差。用于常溫或稍經(jīng)預(yù)熱(至200℃左右)灰口鑄鐵及球墨鑄鐵的焊接。交直流兩用。用途: 適用于重要高強度灰口鑄件及球墨鑄件的補焊。如汽缸、發(fā)動機座、齒輪、軋輥等。
        Z508是鎳銅合金(蒙乃爾)焊芯,強還原性石墨藥皮的鑄鐵焊條。其工藝性能及切削加工性能都接近Z308,但由于收縮率較大,抗裂性較差。焊接接頭強度較低,所以不宜用于受力部位的焊接,可用于常溫或低溫預(yù)熱(至300℃左右)的灰口鑄鐵的焊接。交直流兩用。用途: 用于強度要求不高的灰口鑄件的焊補。

    說明:Z208是低碳鋼芯、強石墨化型藥皮的鑄鐵電焊條,焊縫在緩冷時可變成灰口鑄鐵,抗裂性能較差??山恢绷鲀捎?,價格低廉。
    用途:用于焊補灰口鑄鐵的缺陷。

    注意事項:
    1.焊前焊條須經(jīng)150℃左右烘焙1h。
    2.對于承受應(yīng)力及沖擊等重要鑄件結(jié)構(gòu),不宜采用本焊條。
    3.小型薄壁鑄件剛度不大部位的缺陷可以不預(yù)熱焊補,而一般焊件需預(yù)熱至400℃,焊后保溫緩冷,則焊補處有可能進行切削加工。

    用途:用于焊補球墨鑄鐵件。

    注意事項:
    1.焊前焊條須經(jīng)150℃左右烘焙1h。
    2.焊時運條以窄焊道為宜,每次焊縫的長度不宜超過50mm,焊后立即用小錘輕輕錘擊焊接處,以消除焊補區(qū)應(yīng)力,防止裂紋。
    鑄鐵焊條使用說明:
     
    執(zhí)行GB10044-88標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
       鑄鐵焊條由于含碳量高,組織不均勻,強度低,塑性極差,屬于可焊性差的材料,焊接過程極易產(chǎn)生裂紋;焊后冷速極快,容易產(chǎn)生白口組織,造成切削加工困難。
        鑄鐵的焊接和補焊,要達到較滿意的結(jié)果,必須注意“三分材料、七分工藝”,不僅要選擇焊條,而且采用適宜的補焊方法尤為重要。
       建議采用下列焊接工藝,作為鑄鐵焊接和補焊時參考:
       1. 首先清除焊接部位的油泥、砂、水、銹等臟物;對長期處于高溫、蒸汽環(huán)境下工作的鑄鐵件,還要清除表面貧碳層及氧化層。
       2. 根據(jù)被焊部位的形狀、缺陷類型,進行開坡口、打止裂孔及熔池造型等準(zhǔn)備措施。
       3. 對需要冷焊的工件,先預(yù)熱500-600℃左右,選用適宜電流,可連續(xù)施焊,焊接過程始終保持預(yù)熱的溫度,焊后立即覆蓋石棉粉等保溫材料,讓其緩慢冷卻,以提高其抗裂性能和加工性能。
       4. 對于冷焊工件,防止母材熔化過多,減少白口傾向,防止熱量集中過多,造成應(yīng)力過大,應(yīng)盡量采用小電流、短弧、窄道焊(每段焊道長度一般不超過50mm)。焊后馬上錘擊焊縫以松弛應(yīng)力防止開裂,待溫度降到60℃以下再焊一道。
       5. 收弧時注意弧坑填滿,以防收弧處裂。
