原裝油研YUKEN比例溢流閥由永磁力矩馬達(dá)、噴嘴、檔板、閥芯、閥套和控制腔
組成(見圖)。當(dāng)輸入線圈通入電流伺服閥時(shí)檔板向右移動,使右邊噴嘴的節(jié)流
作用加強(qiáng),流量減少,右側(cè)背壓上升;同時(shí)使左邊噴嘴節(jié)流作用減小,流量增加,
左側(cè)背壓下降。閥芯兩端的作用力失去平衡,閥芯遂向左移動。高壓油從S流向C2,
送到負(fù)載。負(fù)載回油通過C1流過回油口,進(jìn)入油箱。閥芯的位移量與力矩馬達(dá)的輸
入電流成正比,作用在閥芯上的液壓力與彈簧力相平衡,因此在平衡狀態(tài)下力矩馬
達(dá)的差動電流與閥芯的位移成正比。

YukenEFBG比例閥特點(diǎn)
這種溢流閥是一種節(jié)能型閥,它可為執(zhí)行元件的工作提供必須得最小壓力和流量。
由于此閥能根據(jù)負(fù)載壓力,并使壓力差保持最小來控制泵的壓力,所以是一種低能耗、節(jié)能、進(jìn)口節(jié)流式調(diào)速閥。此外,這種閥具有溫度補(bǔ)償功能,能使控制流量穩(wěn)定而不受油液溫度的影響。
由于提供的壓力和流量是和執(zhí)行元件工作的要求向適應(yīng)的,所以這類閥是節(jié)能型的閥。
大流量系列閥比以往最大流量增加了一番,因而閥的尺寸小可使裝置緊湊化。
油研EFBG比例閥使用注意事項(xiàng):
1、泄油背壓
請?jiān)俚陀?.2MPA情況下使用。
2、壓力控制狀態(tài)下通過溢流閥的流量較小時(shí)
為避免設(shè)定壓力不穩(wěn)定,通過的流量應(yīng)不小于15L/min,此外,請?jiān)倩赜捅硥翰桓哂?.5MPA情況下使用。
3、安全閥設(shè)定壓力
安全閥的壓力預(yù)設(shè)定比最高調(diào)節(jié)壓力高2MPA。實(shí)際工作時(shí),應(yīng)以滿足工作壓力需要來調(diào)節(jié)此壓力設(shè)定值。注意,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)壓
力設(shè)定時(shí),以順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)安全閥壓力調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,使其壓力上升。調(diào)節(jié)后,必須擰緊鎖緊螺母。
4、本閥可使油泵側(cè)的壓力隨時(shí)維持大于負(fù)載壓力6-9kgf/cm2的差壓,因而可節(jié)省消耗電力。
