  FDJ-120手持切割鋸是我公司針對高危，安全系數(shù)要求特別的工作環(huán)境，如化工.治煉廠.天然氣開采.潮濕的隧道，水下及狹窄的空間作業(yè)。山西萬澤錦達(dá)機(jī)械制造有限公司自主研發(fā)的新型多用途氣動手持切割工具。它使用德國進(jìn)口鋸條，利用壓縮空氣作為動力源。氣動手持切割鋸不但整機(jī)重量輕，操作簡單，攜帶方便無火花，提高工作效益。本產(chǎn)品安全可靠是切割行業(yè)的最理想氣動切割工具。
 
 
適用范圍
    ·該鋸適用于安全的工作環(huán)境，可在較高溫的環(huán)境下作業(yè)，無火花，是一款性能可靠、安全型及效率極高的理想氣動工具之一。廣泛用于電纜、方管、建筑等行業(yè)。
   ·利用兩相電系統(tǒng)作為動力源。重量輕，易攜帶；結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)，便于作業(yè)。
   ·可快速切割管道、電纜、角鋼、結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、U型鋼、鏈條、錨桿、錨索等。
   ·錮金屬鋼合金超級鋸條，耐高溫、耐摩擦、使用壽命長。非常適用于鋸割不銹鋼、鎳基合金、鐵、銅、鋁、玻璃、塑料、木材等。
使用方法：
  1、了解所需切割的材料。
  2、確保牢固固定了所需切割的材料，防止其移動。
  3、電源接上時，用手指按壓閥桿，然后開始切割。
  4、用鋸的重量來控制切割壓力。對于較軟的材料來說，這樣的重量已經(jīng)足夠。過多的壓力會降低鋸片的速度。對于較硬的材料，可以通過加壓的方式來降低鋸片的轉(zhuǎn)動速度。切割是保持鋸筆直。鋸片的任何扭曲或歪斜都可能降低其使用壽命。（注意：避開切割后可能掉落的碎片。切割即將完成時，切勿使鋸碰到您的身體、工件或附近的其它人員。）
  5、下次切割開始前，鋸片必須保持運(yùn)動狀態(tài)。氣動鋸時，鋸片不能接觸任何表面。
  6、更換鋸片前，務(wù)必斷開氣動力。
  7、順時針轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)整手柄以便釋放鋸片導(dǎo)桿上的張力。然后釋放側(cè)面板的鎖以便打開側(cè)面板。然后從驅(qū)動輪上取下鋸片并將其從鋸帶導(dǎo)桿上松開。
 
 
 
為了安全作業(yè)需要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
