目前盡管可充電鋰二氧化碳電池的研究剛剛起步，基本原理尚未完全清楚，而且動力學性能和充放電循環(huán)能力很椋還需要繼續(xù)深入研究。不過保護膜會引起電壓滯后，當接通放電負載時，由于需要一段延時才能使保護膜穿透或破裂，從而使電池電壓達到要求的工作電壓值。 當前，動力電池普遍的是鋰離子電池，鋰離子電池與鉛酸、鎳氫等電池相比，具有電池電壓高、比容量高、循環(huán)壽命長、自放電率低、無記憶效應等優(yōu)點。 目前，式和嵌入式NRAM產(chǎn)品都在之中。
