一、產(chǎn)品概述product introduction
失重秤采用靜態(tài)計(jì)量結(jié)構(gòu)、周期循環(huán)控制方式，具有極高的計(jì)量精度，廣泛應(yīng)用于玻璃、建材、水泥、塑料、冶煉、礦山、化工等行業(yè)。

二、工作原理Work principle
失重秤采用周期計(jì)量控制方式，設(shè)置好周期時(shí)間和周期重量，在周期內(nèi)，首先通過(guò)上給料機(jī)向計(jì)量料斗進(jìn)料，當(dāng)進(jìn)料大于設(shè)定重量時(shí)，停止進(jìn)料，微機(jī)記錄下現(xiàn)在的重量值，然后控制下給料機(jī)開(kāi)始排料，當(dāng)排料量接近設(shè)定重量時(shí)，改為慢速排料方式，直到等于設(shè)定重量，停止下給料機(jī)排料，等待周期結(jié)束后，進(jìn)入下一個(gè)周期循環(huán)運(yùn)行，因?yàn)橛?jì)量時(shí)處于靜態(tài)計(jì)量方式，所以有極高的計(jì)量精度。
