霍科德TZI-5/20N現(xiàn)貨優(yōu)勢三相HB型1.2°的步進電機,六主極無微調(diào),與12主極有微調(diào)的全步進驅(qū)動時的位置精度比較如下圖所示:1/8細分驅(qū)動時的位置定位精度比較如下圖所示:三相12主極微調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)步進電機全步進時,位置定位精度可以改善±2%以內(nèi)。在細分時,微調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)精度提高近50%。細分步距角精度比全步距角運行的精度大。步距采用8分割時,步距角為1.2°/8=0.15°,以此作為控制計算基準,其精度值當(dāng)然比全步距角時要高。三相HB型高分辨率電機的改善:三相HB型步進電機有2相1.8°的1/3,即0.6°的髙分辨率電機,由于驅(qū)動芯片可以在市場上買到,所以可以很容易地實現(xiàn)高精度位置定位。
